Payed but never stayed

I booked to hotel at 7:46pm and was charged full price. I arrived at hotel around 11pm. Nobody was there at the door. After calling I just got an answer in local language that hotel is booked out and they cannot help me. So I called hotel com support to assist me but they could not convince hotel management to even grant a refund. These are just facts, make your own conclusions. Thank you

expérience très satisfaisante, accès un peu difficile à trouver sans GPS mais amabilité téléphonique pour s'y retrouver. Maison très bien tenue, propreté excellente, accueil sympathique, un plus à prévoir, poignée dans douche et un tabouret à l'extérieur serait utiles, mais à part cela tout à été parfait. Merci

Nous avons été accueillis chaleureusement par Mylène et René. Ce sont des personnes vraiment agréables. La chambre était spacieuse et propre. Il y avait un ventilateur qui était un plus avec la forte chaleur de la semaine. La literie était confortable. Bref nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre passage pour aller au Puy du Fou

Très sympathique , mais...

Couple très gentil, sympathique et avenant avec un petit verre de Coteaux du layon pour nous accueillir. Très bon moment de partage. Par contre nous regrettons le wc commun sur le palier de l'étage où se trouvent les chambres et surtout la salle de bain commune (celle des propriétaires) qui se trouve au rdc. Obligé de traverser le salon/séjour où est servi le petit déjeuner. Le petit-déjeuner est quant à lui très moyen. Café réchauffé au micro-ondes, brioche tranchée du commerce, petits gâteaux sous blister.... rien de fait maison comme c'est habituellement le cas dans toutes les chambres d'hôtes que nous avons faites. Malgré tout, merci à ce couple pour ces bons moments passés ensemble. .

Très bon accueil de Mylène et René La Jominière est un lieu particulièrement calme et agréable qui permet de se reposer après une journée au Puy du fou.

Très bien accueilli au-delà de 20 heures à cause du train qui a dû s’arrêter suite à un train qui a percuté un voyageur. Chambre très propre ainsi que la SDB. Nombreux rangements et matériel pour nettoyer ou repasser du linge. Toilettes communes dans le couloir. Mais bon, j’étais seul lors de ma venue, donc ça ne m’a pas gêné. Sinon, j’aurais peut-être été plus ennuyé !

Ett perfekt bed and breakfast.

Ett mycket engagerat värdpar som verkligen var måna om att ge högsta service och upplevelse under vår vistelse. Gratis parkering och enkelt att hitta. Vi återvänder gärna då vi reser genom Frankrike nästa gång.
