I was threatened with a cancellation without refund desite the fact they had not given me the opportunity to do what they asked. Having finally been sent a link I verified and arrived to be told this was very common. At the property Fire Doors were constantly janmed open."

"Love the interior design of the hotel, the reception is beautiful the bar/restaurant looks lovely too, however room I was in wasn't up my my standards especially with what I paid. I think mini bar should be on request only and having a £50 holding fee/deposit is absurd. Won't be back again, was nice but not nice enough"
