"Beautifully converted late 1800s building. The rooms were spacious with very high ceilings. Probably 18 feet high. The Refuge restaurant had excellent food and lots of different choices. The Sunday Roast was delicious. Breakfast was a large buffet including all of the typical “full English” items along with many other options. Highly recommend "

"It was extremely convenient and easy to find from Piccadilly. The staff on reception could not have been more helpful (and this was so during the whole stay) and nothing was too much trouble. The room was clean and comfortable. Tea, coffee and an iron were in the room. Breakfast was fine-a good choice but the vegetarian (separately cooked) was a little slow coming but they did apologise profusely so it was not an issue. Overall a great stay."

"First, beautiful hotel I have never seen marble walls like that before, amazing hall, nice staff very accommodating, our room was simple double room then bathroom then single room bathroom was newly renovated but bedroom it self needs attention, overall a beautiful hotel I will definitely stay again very central location with an incredible value."

"I've stayed here before. Check in easy, had time to relax a little bit before, I went to explore the city and the gig at the Co op arena. Funny thing was I had forgot my usual debit card. So has to use my phone. Which didn't work at barclays. I found another way. Gig was Epic but terrible to get back from. But it won't stop me staying here again. "
