"Friendly staff, clean and nice room"

"We returned to this property, having enjoyed a stay there previously. The staff were attentive to any request we had. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and we hope to stay there again. On the negative side we found the mattress very uncomfortable as it was lumpy and gave us back ache. We also could not operate the induction hob in the kitchen."

"Ample parking. Great bar area, sitting areas, and nice restaurant. Had an issue with the room, but this was generously upgraded and made the stay 100% better than we could have imagined. Bathrooms were really clean and shower was excellent."

"Seems to be a standard for hotels we have stayed at…. The bathtub is so narrow at the bottom that we had to stand sideways to be under the shower. The soap/shampoo etc dispensers were at shoulder level which made the shower space very narrow."
