"Property is set in a secure compound, with cafe's, shops and a drycleaner/laundry (not related to the hotel). Staff speak English, getting into the hotel requires a secure key from Reception. Make sure you have their phone number because the hotel is on the second floor and the security officer at the entrance is not authorized to use the lift to allow you to go up to the floor. "The location - the hotel is in the basement w/o any view and operates under another name. Consider asking for a code to enter the yard. Very clean, seems to be either new or renovated. A room for three people is quite a narrow option, but still manageable. The property has an aircon, but feels airless. Yet, the service is great and it was a pleasant stay for us."
