"We weren't there long enough to take advantage of some of the amenity 'extras' -- e.g., hot tub. But the room was fine, the view excellent, and the breakfast lovely. Our hostess was very gracious. Unfortunately, we arrived after dark, and the lack of lighting on the address made it a bit difficult to find the place. Lesson: Don't arrive after dark! "

"Wir waren für zwei Nächte in der Unterkunft. Das Zimmer war groß und die Mitarbeiter hilfsbereit. In Punkto erholsame Nacht müssen einige Abstriche gemacht werden. Die direkt an den Bahngleisen gelegene Unterkunft unterliegt erheblich Bahnlärm. Auch ist es sehr warm im Zimmer gewesen und ein Lüften auf Grund besagten Bahnverkehrs nur bedingt zu empfehlen. Zudem waren die Matratzen ziemlich durchgelegen. Das Frühstück war gut. "

"Wir waren mit 6Personen über Silvester in der Wachbergbaude. Es war urgemütlich, wie man es von einer Baude erwartet und das Personal sehr freundlich und aufmerksam. Essen war lecker und die Preise angemessen. Die Zimmer haben was von DDR-Charme. Aber alles in allem war es ein perfekter Aufenthalt. Vielen Dank!"

"Booking - 2 night, 3 days, we were only for taking a shower, slipping and the rest all day hiking. The staff - only at the reception one man is speaking Czech, others - no Czech, no English, nothing. Breakfast - very poor, no cutlers, no tea cups, a disaster. On the 2nd day, in the evening when we tried to take a shower there was no hot water, by mistake staff turned off the hot water for our room :D .... so we had to wait :D ... The only benefit of the Pension is the beautiful nature of...

"Der Empfang war sehr freundlich. Leider haben wir erst abends feststellen müssen, dass Abendessen nur auf vorherige Bestellung gemacht wird. Die Kellnerin spricht nur Tschechisch, hat sich aber per Handy Übersetzer viel Mühe gegeben. Alles in allem völlig in Ordnung für 1-2 Übernachtungen."

"Idealer Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen in die Umgebung. Der direkt vor der Wohnung befindliche - gut besuchte - Biergarten schließt rechtzeitig (20/21h) und stört somit nicht den Nachtschlaf. Einziges Manko war der etwas modrige Geruch im Zimmer - vielleicht könnte ein Luftentfeuchter für Abhilfe sorgen. Guter Service und somit für Leute, deren Nase nicht überempfindlich ist, empfehlenswert."

"This was an excellent break from exploring big cities, and exactly what our family of five needed. Lutz and his wife were spectacular hosts, and worked to always ensure we had a relaxing time. From helping with access to the national park to a glass to go with our bottle of wine - always helpful. It was also remarkably affordable. We rented a 6 bed room which never felt small or cramped.
