The room was very spacious and clean. The parking was right in front of the unit so that taking in and out luggage was super convenient. It is also very close to the downtown making it easy to explore Chirstchurch.

Yuki was very attentive, friendly, knowledgeable. The house keeper was great, polite, friendly. The property is very close to grocery store, petro station, lots of restaurants close by, bus stops etc. very convenient. We would love to stay there again.

Apart from the airport hotel, this was the first of the hotels we booked in New Zealand and it set the bar. The room was huge with a kitchen, dining table, enormous tv with netflix and disney and a jacussi bath. We were welcomed with a box of chocolates by a very nice young lady. We stayed over Christmas and the motel was about a 20 mins walk from the centre of Christchurch

There was nothing wrong with the lodge but it didn't match our expectations. The photos provided, other reviews, price and ratings made us think it was a high category place when in fact it is a quite regular one. The room was clean (and they came in to tidy up every day during our 4 day stay), it has everything, just not as nice and new as the photos show.
