Plenty of room for the family with three bedrooms. But needed to be painted inside - looking very tired. Also, some areas weren't clean when we arrived. The beds needed to be pulled out and cleaned behind. We also went to get a wine glass out of the cupboard and found a smashed glass just left there in the cupboard. There was only one hand towel for a whole family and no bathmat. Also, some of the window locks were broken in one of the bedrooms and the rubbish bins outside were overflowing with rubbish.

Hello, thank you for your recent review and honest opinion on our property it is much appreciated. I have spoken with our cleaning team in Christchurch to ensure that they are checking in behind beds, in all cupboards, etc to ensure that these areas are clean and to ensure that enough linen is left out for guests. We have made a note of the broken window latch in the bedroom and we’ll get this repaired. Kind Regards, James
