I enjoyed my trip. My stay was excellent. The ocean view beachfront room was a plus. Clean right on the water, staff was very attentive to my needs and no problem handling issues.. check was great the front desk lady Shaun was very patient and kind.. I will definitely recommend this resort and I will definitely book again if I have another trip here

Great short stay, but in definite need of some upgrades- however, being directly on the beach allows for overlooking the upgrades- will most definitely be back again soon!!!!

Extraordinary location by theocean. The shower needed maintenance on the tub diverter, and the hot water. A sink tap had to be turned on simultaneously to receive hot water.

Pool was closed for “beautification” purposes which was a real bummer. WiFi only worked in the bar area & TV could not be used because WiFi did not work in room. Other than the above, we had no complaints whatsoever. Beach was a 30 second walk from our room, staff super friendly, food and entertainment was phenomenal!

It was a beautiful location and the swim beach was nice. The room was good with a great view and comfortable bed. There was no beach service. The property was not well maintained and the pool was closed (which was not disclosed at the time of booking.). However improvements were being made while we were there. There is an onsite bar and restaraunt. The food was good but the service needs improvement in attentiveness and speed. Housekeeping showed up every morning at 9am asking if we wanted service, which was just clean towels and trash removal from the pool. The manager was on site and was telling us the improvements being made so in the future I would return with the pool that looks like it will be very nice when it is finished. Our original resort Carina bay cancelled our reservation 1 day before we were leaving so our choice was made quickly. Definitely rent a car while staying in the island.

It was off-season and as such, they were doing offseason renovations and cleanup, but only minor inconvenience. Starr at the front desk was super nice, responsive and helpful with suggestions. KG at the bar was great. Alfredo sauce on the fettucine dish at the onsite restaurant was the best I've ever eaten. Would recommend again once renovations are complete, but location and access to beach phenomenal.
