"We were in town for our Grandpa's funeral and were not able to check into our room until close to 7:00. The woman at the front desk was not apologetic at all and only kept repeating that she just got there.. We were lucky to have family also in the hotel to put our bags away and decompress after travel. To top it off the bathrooms were disgusting. I truly believe that a murder happened in our bathroom and it was not cleaned properly. Took pictures and seriously tried calling a forensic hotline."

Fridge was froze up, didn't work. Ice maker on 2nd floor didn't work. Outside exit/entrance doors were broken: did not lock, so anyone had access. Rooms not too clean. Even the toilet paper holders were broken - paper roll was stuck on the bar - no roller bar - so fell to the floor a lot. Took a long time to get hot water in shower. Breakfast was skimpy. Last day there they didn't even have the hot plates filled. Staff was nice and helpful."
