Stayed at the Japanese/western room. Beautiful room, very clean and spacious with a nice balcony over looking the Tori Gate. Service was fantastic as staff tried to explain the amenities and services in the hotel. Dinner was great too. A short walk to the tori gate, gotten the chance to see the beautiful tori gate and itsukushima shrine at night. Will recommend this hotel to anyone wanting to catch a beautiful scenery of the UNESCO site.

Check in at 3pm but you can rest at the lounge area for drinks and ice cream. Walking to the Torri gate takes about 10-12min but lots of interesting shops to browse thru. The magnificent Torri gate is definitely worth seeing and you can go out at low tide. The miyajima JR ferry terminal is just across the hotel which made access easy. Dinner at hotel was buffet style , not say plenty food options but most items are done well. Same about breakfast too. You will not regret taking a room facing...

Highly recommended. Good location to the Art Island. Unlimited entry to onsen. Only thing is limited eateries. Do take note there is grocery and mall up north of the hotel on the same street.

Within 10min walk to the train station Many eateries and izakaya around the hotel. 5min walk to both BIC camera and Aeon mall

Highly value-for-money! The experience was worth every dollar paid. Service staff were polite and helpful. If you are an onsen-goer, its onsens are some of the best. 4 pools, 2 indoor (1 is a cold bath) and 2 outdoor. There is also a sauna. There is free ice cream after onsen and supper every night! Ask for Oomori if you would like a large bowl. Free washing machine with detergent too. Most importantly, it is just beside Izumo JR Station. Highly recommended!

Located right across from the ferry terminal, it's very convenient. Room is very spacious and the free drinks corner consists of coffee, tea, hot chocolate and soft drinks. Breakfast and dinner (half board) are pretty nice too. The onsen is on the small side though.

The hotel is just few steps away from the ferry terminal. The room is big and has nice view of the sea. The room is equipped with bathroom however there is communal bathroom in the basement for hot water soaking as well. Overall I'm very happy with this hotel.

Great hotel easy accessible by the tram from the station. Loved our room, nice, spacious and great view. Loved the bench by the window. Great spot to read and watch the world go by. Breakfast was excellent great variety and good selection of fruit I missed at other hotels. Loved the freshly baked bread with the cooked breakfast. Would stay again.

Location is excellent for transportation

Stayed here for 2 weeks for remote work. Feel just like home. The room is spacious and clean. Self service mostly but the response for assistance was very prompt and nice. Hotel is situated at nice and peaceful Heiwa dori, but all main attraction and shopping streets are within walking distance. Love the room as well
