The room was spotless, big and comfortable. The service staff were all very welcoming and friendly.

The location was excellent. The room was very clean and stylish. The host was very friendly.

Hotel is within the train station with clear signs, easy to locate. Great location with Food and transportation within reach. The room is clean and comfortable. Reception is at level 7.

Within 10min walk to the train station Many eateries and izakaya around the hotel. 5min walk to both BIC camera and Aeon mall

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was huge, beds and pillows were very comfy, it had a little kitchenette with all basics available, washing machine in room, the bathroom was very spacious with a huge bath tub. All in all the best hotel of our Japan trip.

Located right across from the ferry terminal, it's very convenient. Room is very spacious and the free drinks corner consists of coffee, tea, hot chocolate and soft drinks. Breakfast and dinner (half board) are pretty nice too. The onsen is on the small side though.

We enjoyed our stay at Miyajima Hotel Makato very much. Upon arrival, we were surprised to learn all shops generally close by 5pm. Your front desk staff quickly helped to organize breakfast for us the next morning though it was very last minute. We appreciated that very much. They even provide transportation to the ferry terminal. The whole team is always very attentive and ensure we are very looked after, our compliments to them for a job well done !!!

Great hotel easy accessible by the tram from the station. Loved our room, nice, spacious and great view. Loved the bench by the window. Great spot to read and watch the world go by. Breakfast was excellent great variety and good selection of fruit I missed at other hotels. Loved the freshly baked bread with the cooked breakfast. Would stay again.

Highly value-for-money! The experience was worth every dollar paid. Service staff were polite and helpful. If you are an onsen-goer, its onsens are some of the best. 4 pools, 2 indoor (1 is a cold bath) and 2 outdoor. There is also a sauna. There is free ice cream after onsen and supper every night! Ask for Oomori if you would like a large bowl. Free washing machine with detergent too. Most importantly, it is just beside Izumo JR Station. Highly recommended!

We were early for check-in (3:00pm) so we left our bags and explored the area. Checking in was both smooth & pleasant. Room was clean & comfortable. Housekeeping was very efficient. Room & toilet amenities were more than adequate. Breakfast starts at 7:00am till 10:00am and the spread is great! If you're up early you can enjoy coffee & smoothies between 6-7 am while watching them get the spread ready. Very good stay, staff were friendly and helpful, walking distance to the river, food nearby was very good. Nothing to complain. Room was big and spacious for family of 4, we booked the family deluxe room. Will stay there again if I drop my kurashiki again.

Location is excellent for transportation

Great staff. Room is great. As it was a return stay from few days earlier, they had helped to have my deposited luggage ready in my room.
