"The hotel itself is quite modern and relatively new. The building is nice, and the room was spacious, comfortable, and exactly as shown in the photos. It has all the amenities that are advertised, and overall the room looked good and acceptable in terms of cleanliness. However, the biggest issue is the location. While it is true that the hotel is close to the airport, the surrounding area is very poor. The hotel is located in a neighborhood with unpaved roads, and there is absolutely nothing nearby — no restaurants, no shops, nothing to do. The area feels unsafe, especially at night. Regarding cleanliness, it was just acceptable. For example, the bathroom trash bin had long hairs in it, which was unpleasant and made it seem like it wasn’t properly cleaned. The view from the room was also very disappointing. My room faced the back, and the view was of very modest houses — nothing nice or enjoyable to look at. Additionally, the hallways and areas near the rooms had a bad smell, often like food. It even felt like some people might be living there rather than just staying as guests, as there were children around and the atmosphere felt more like apartments than a hotel. I only stayed one night before leaving Paraguay, and although the hotel includes breakfast, I couldn’t try it because I had to leave very early in the morning. "Super cute, comfy, beautiful property and wildlife. Clean and maintained. Our sink didn’t drain, we called to fix it. Never happened. Service definitely could improve. Not a service based property. Lots of “no” answers because they can’t be bothered to help. We were alone in the bar and still we had to jump through hoops to get a room service snack to be allowed at the pool area. In the end we were told yes by one person and no by another. We ate it there anyway. Gondwanda glass bottled water was available in the rooms but could not be offered in the bar or restaurant. No agua con gas available at the bar but you could have it in the restaurant. Bartender made no efforts for better service. Lazy. A dual massage was booked and one person got over an hour and the other got under an hour. Inconsistent service. The rest was amazing. Just don’t expect anything above asi no más for service unless you make a fuss. The check in girls and cleaning ladies were great. Went out of their way to help make the stay great. "

"I booked this hotel based on reviews and pictures. Unfortunately the location, conditions, cleaneness and access to the hotel are terrible to the point that the night we arrived we looked for a different place, checking out first thing in the morning. I would not recommend this hotel to any foreigner used to basic standards. Only plus of the place was the staff friendliness and good customer service."
