"Wonderful Hotel at the Coffee Region of Manizales- Colombia I have no words to describe how impress I’m with this hotel. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I don’t usually write reviews, but this hotel truly deserves one! From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by absolutely everything. The staff was incredibly welcoming, friendly, and attentive, making me feel at home right away. The hotel was spotless, beautifully maintained, and every detail seemed carefully thought out. The rooms were comfortable, the view of the coffee region of Colombia was incredible, the atmosphere was relaxing, and the service exceeded all my expectations. What made this stay so special was the genuine care and professionalism of everyone there. It’s rare to find a place where everything from the accommodations to the customer service is simply outstanding. Thank you for making my stay such a wonderful experience. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for exceptional service and an unforgettable stay. I will definitely be coming back!"

"The views are really nice, there aren't a lot of things to do in this hotel after the second day you will be very bored. Very minimal amenities, the whirlpool have heaters but you have to plan ahead as they don't turn them on unless you ask them to. During our last two days a storm knocked down power, and although they have a generator they purposely turn it off at 10 PM which leaves every hotel guest completely in the dark with no power, no internet, and no air. It was very hard to sleep the last two nights as there's no AC in any rooms and the fan did not work. "
