I had an issue with a dead car battery in underground parking garage while visiting downtown Touloose and manager made arrangement to send a mechanic out to jump start car. Also let me extend checkout time. The only downside to property was it was not within walking distance of downtown area. So plan on using Uber or taxi for touristing."
