"La struttura offre il self check-in. Purtroppo le indicazioni riguardo il check-in sono arrivate più tardi dell’orario stabilito e i codici per ritirare la chiave erano errati. Quando siamo finalmente riusciti ad accedere alla stanza abbiamo purtroppo trovato la stanza molto sporca, con peli capelli e polvere in tutti gli angoli. "I had to chase for the entry codes to the property, literally an hour before arrival at the place. Possibly because I booked through Expedia, but that shouldn't be my problem, and it really annoyed me. Not a word of apology from the host, again, might be language barrier, but does not show them in the best light. Room itself is absolutely fine, and quite pleasant although would do with a spoon and a proper cup or two..."
