Got to the property to try to talk in person and wouldn’t even answer the intercom. Very rude, we were prepared to get charged for late check in too but didn’t make it in the door and had to drive all over to find another place to stay at 10pm. Luckily key club helped us and very friendly 10 mins away. "

The room is about a 5-10 minute walk from the train station; the train ride to and from Rome takes about an hour. Our room was very comfortable and clean, with interesting contemporary art throughout.
