"I stayed for just one night at the Four Seasons Hotel Cairo at The First Residence and had a wonderful solo experience. The staff were exceptionally kind, attentive, and made me feel completely at ease from check-in to check-out. My room was beautifully prepared, quiet, and very comfortable — perfect for a restful night. The hospitality truly stood out, and even in such a short stay, I felt the warmth and professionalism that make this hotel special. I look forward to returning for a longer visit in the future!"

"As always, this stay was such a treat. The property is lovely, expansive, and very central, with a large variety of dining options. I was in town for two nights before traveling to their Sharm property for a weeklong stay. The real highlight of the stay is, unsurprisingly, the amazing staff. Our drop off and in-room check-in were well-coreographed and well-executed. The thoughtful touches from housekeeping are always delightful too (e.g., bookmarks in my books, a Four Seasons-branded cloth for my glasses, etc.). The concierge was magnificent and endlessly helpful. We mentioned in passing that my traveling companion had some stomach issues (the kind you dread getting abroad), and the concierge had the pharmacy deliver medicine for my friend, and later called the room to offer complimentary chicken soup and chamomile tea. The next night, we dined at Byblos, and the staff there were standouts too. My companion was still dealing with stomach issues and couldn't finish his dinner, so the manager took the plate off our check and gave my friend a complimentary pot of chamomile tea (all without being asked). Everyone knew or quickly memorized our names and every member of the staff was all smiles at all times. It was the same standard of excellence all across the board. Overall another strong showing by the Four Seasons (most recently I spent a week at their property in Florence, if that's helpful context for my standard of comparison here). "We had an upgrade to executive suites, with breakfast and dinner inclusive. Room cleaning was done regularly. The female head of the executive suites was ver polite and supportive. "

"So basically if you wanna be electrocuted and go toilet with no flush and be cooked like a sunday roast its your place ... hanging lights look about to fgall .. no trowels no bed sheets . Dirty beds .. no utensils which are clean just spend the money and go hilton"

"My medication i had with me from Norway was taken from my room and I forgot my Nike shoes that cost me 200 dollars and on the last day my kids were in the hotel shop and the guy that worked there tried to take my daughters money from her pocket. My daughter came up to the room and were shocked and I told her come with me we can go back she said no I don’t want to buy anything anymore. I am sad that the hotel I always stay at does something like this. I’m not going there anymore even though I like some of the staff and they are very nice like Sayed and Shihab and the new girls at the reception and Taha and Abdulrahman, Ahmad Moza and manager Samar.
