"Great location. I have been to many hotels and never have I had to explain myself when asking for an extra towel. I guess people here must not shower and use a clean towel each time. I called to ask for an extra towel and was asked if i used all my towels already. Obviously!"

"I’ve been to Pátzcuaro several times but this was the first time staying at Mansion Iturbe. The staff were friendly, attentive, welcoming, and in my opinion went above and beyond with the quality of service.
Our room was impeccably clean, and one of the most comfortable rooms I’ve been to in Mexico. The hotel is such a jewel of a building with its colonial styling and decor. Our family loved this establishment. The only regret I have is not having stayed longer. We’ll have to make a trip again and stay here in future.
Thank you for making our visit so memorable, and a very specially thank you to Don Rafael for his help at check in, and ever so cheerful greetings every day of our stay! 🙏
