"This hotel was one of the best in which I have stayed. Us three adults were very comfortable in the massively comfortable beds (even the trundle), and we had space in the room the move around and not bump into each other. Sleep in a hotel room is important, and it was quiet and dark enough to do just that. The mini fridge, the microwave, the iron, the ironing board, and the blow dryer were all used and worked and were a God-send to these under-packed travelers. Everything from the bedside lamp (very easy to find and use) to the clean, amazing shower, to the aesthetically pleasing space left me wishing we had more time here! Parking lot as easy, close, and not complicated. They were easy to book with and I ended up needing another room for family and it was easy to book another quickly and affordably. This stay for a wedding and half my family was staying at this hotel. The ones who didn’t have a 5am flight enjoyed the complimentary breakfast, and everyone was happy. The staff was friendly and patient as well. I can’t say enough good things about my stay at Spring Hill Suites. I would 100% stay here again!!"

"Checked into room only to find out the plumbing at the hotel was being worked on and there was no water until later in our rooms. Once the water came on, it was brown until the next morning. Out relatives had to change rooms because their toilet was not working and the room smelled like sewage. I couldn't sleep in my bed because the broken bed frame was repaired by someone who never did carpentry ever before... There was three 2x4s in the center of the bed, causing the mattress to have a high bump in the center. Our bathroom looked like a highway motel bathroom. Missing lights, broken floor tiles. It was confusing because I booked this hotel thinking it was an upgrade for our Baltimore visit. The only thing nice was the lobby and pool. My niece and nephew loved the pool. When checking out, they asked "how was everything". I told them they don't want to know, they said they did... So I gave them the list, and they were shocked. It is their hotel, they know the shape it is in... I will never book this hotel again."

"I would not stay here again. The first room we were given smelled of smoke. The gentleman at the front was very accommodating and gave us another room. The bathroom was very dated, soaps and shampoo were tossed in a corner, and there were nails coming out of the wall where there should have been a towel holder. The toilet paper holder was coming out of the wall. The furniture was beyond worn out. The hallway had carpet that had not been vacuumed and the hallway walls had holes and need to be painted. The elevator floor was very dirty. We opted not to eat breakfast there, and went to Denny’s instead. I would not stay here again."
