"Loved this hotel. The rooms were spotless and bright. Hotel team couldn’t do any more. Great location to be able to walk out to the beach and parking . Parking is a bit tight in the hotel but overflow is available if full"

"A comfortable stay, aided by use of a fan in the room which was needed because no air con in room and windows have security latches so only opens minimally. Nice welcome and every staff member we spoke to was courteous and friendly. Benefit of parking in the car park for just £6 a day was definitely an added bonus. Minimal cleanliness issues, scuffed paintwork and slightly dated furniture. One thing that is definitely needed is clean windows..we had a seaview room which was great but the windows were so dirty, inside and out so the view was pointless tbh. So overall would stay again if in the area"

"Excellent location, next to a lovely park by the beach. Our room was spotless and we even had a little seating area outside our room. Lovely and quiet at night. Parking was the trickiest bit in terms of getting luggage to/from the car park (a 7-8 minute walk) but we'd only gone for a night so we were able to do it all in one go."

"We absolutely loved our family holiday here. The caravan was great. Having indoor and outdoor pools was fab. Restaurant offers a good variety of food and the children really enjoyed the activities on offer. Hosts communication was great. Would love to stay again :)"

"My wife and I had a wonderful stay at the Harbour View Guest House. The ensuite room suited our needs perfectly and it was spotlessly clean. We also had a stunning unobstructed view of beautiful Brixham Harbour. The breakfast was excellent and can be adjusted accordingly. The staff were extremely welcoming and we will definitely be returning again there soon. We highly recommend Harbour View for all the above and also for it being in an absolutely perfect location."

"On arrival, gave our room key and shown entrance when pub shut how to use everything etc. Put in a room which was fine but had tape down across the floor to the bathroom. When we asked for towels, Tommy apologised and said we should not even be in that room, so he helped my husband move to a bigger and better room. Tommy could not do enough for us. Breakfast has lots of choices. You just have to ask as there's no menu. Again Tommy brilliant with service and prompt delivery. A very happy chap. Id suggest a pot of sauces on the table for breakfast as its "can we have, have you got" all the time. Tommy stood out as a fantastic member of staff always polite and worked very hard.always a pleasure. Thank you Our room was very cold at night no heating on except set times so pleased that we had a hot water bottle, but we both had to wear clothes to get warm. When spoke to other residents they said the same.(No phone in the room to call anyone) Room smelt musty so could do with maybe a freshener plug in? The bathroom needs a table or some shelves as there is nowhere to put your wash bags down apart from the floor, and im not a fan of that! There could do with maybe a few more hooks in the bathroom too. 1 on the door is not enough. The room was tired, needs a freshen up on the paint and wall paper, beds comfy, lots of wardrobe hanging spaces, mirrors. Enjoyed our stay. Reasonable price too. "
