Hotels near Cibola National Forest

"It’s always a good place to stay only thing I did not like if the pool hours was till like 10 or 11 o’clock because we come out there and play softball usually don’t get back to the room till about nine"

"When booking this we were not aware that the room door opened directly onto the car park. So this is more of a motel. The hotel overall was good and the leisure facilities were very welcome. However, it might be helpful to highlight that the hotel is more of a motel in style."

"Room seemed clean until I found spilled coffee in the microwave from the prior guest. Lobby seemed to be under ongoing renovation. Pool was closed. Staff weren't friendly. There was a person experiencing homelessness sleeping in one of the stairwells. The AC unit in the room was so noisy it couldn't be used. The shower paneling was coming off the wall. On the plus side, the room had a nice patio out the back and we didn't have anything stolen from our car overnight. Breakfast was adequate but nothing special. Seemed very experience for what we got (~$140)."

"The front electric door was in very bad shape...sounded like a train when it opened. Breakfast was a joke...juice machine broke. Hotel was mediocre at best. Put me in a handicapped room?"

"I’d give this a 5 as the actual hotel is excellent. But they don’t seem to have enough housekeeping staff and the housekeeping staff and front desk communication is non-existent. We waited over an hour for a room and all 3 rooms we tried were not made up yet. "

"The hotel was not maintained very well! The paint looked like a three year old did it. No hot water the morning that we checked out and no one at the front desk to complain to. Rough stay!"
