Unprofessional staff , unorganized, poor Wi-Fi There was no access to the pool due to a wedding event, not a lot food options. Had to cut the amount of days stayed due to me and my family being unsatisfied.

Amazing customer service - over and above!!!
This hotel is just awesome!! The staff especially were so friendly and helpful!!! Room 202 with the balcony view is incredible and those rooms are amazing for sunrise views with lovely little well thought about balconies! It’s a cute little hotel with gorgeous views, the staff let us pick the room that we wanted when we asked. One of the guys at reception literally answered all of our questions even when they were unrelated to his service or even the island! He looked up tour companies for us on other islands as we were short on time! The customer service was really impressive and this hotel ensured that our stay started off on the best possible note! Thank you so much for all your hard work and well done!

C’est une colonie de vacances pour la capitale. Piscine publique payante, avec repas de baptêmes noces les week-ends . Vous-vous trouvez loin de tout sans autre choix, dans une chambre qui ressemblerait plutôt à des dortoirs. Bon courage

Es stimmt, dass die Unterkunft schon ein wenig in die Jahre gekommen ist. Aber alles ist sauber und das Personal ist freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück bietet eine große Auswahl, aber es wird tatsächlich nichts nachgelegt. Man sollte also pünktlich erscheinen. Der Pool hat uns besonders gut gefallen. Er wird täglich mit frischem Meerwasser befüllt. Uns hat der Aufenthalt dort gut gefallen, auch wenn das eine oder andere verbesserungswürdig ist.

Séjour convenable. Grande hôtel avec beaucoup du personnels, mais ils ne font pas grand chose car. Pas de client bizarre. Grande chambre avec un lit très dur, et le moteur de la climatisation bruyant. Petite salle de bain, pas de gel douche, mais beaucoup de petits cafards a cause de la planche en bois dans la douche.

Oú sont les quatre étoiles ?
Tout d’abord, lorsque je suis entrée dans la chambre, le personnel n’est même pas capable de me dire bonjour ou même bon séjour. Ensuite, je suis arrivé pour déjeuner vers 14h50 sachant que le buffet ferme à 15h30 lorsque je suis allé me servir il n’y avait que du riz j’ai dû beaucoup attendre. Alors que, le lendemain je suis reparti au buffet qui ouvrait à 12h30 celui ci ne fut ouvert qu’à 14h. Cependant j’ai eu la bonne surprise d’être servi par une personne très agréable et attentionnée qui m’a accompagné tout au long du séjour. Néanmoins, j’ai comme même bien mangé, bien profité de la piscine. De plus la climatisation ne marchait pas et il y avait des insectes de partout. Je n’ai pas aimé la réception le personnel peu professionnel. Pour conclure je ne dirais Pas que ce n’est un bon hôtel , puisque que pour passer la journée c’est très bien je dirais juste qu’il ne correspond pas à un quatre étoiles. De

Het personeel heeft nog veel te leren wat betreft service gericht denken. Het ontbijt was vaak onvoldoende voorbereid (tafels niet goed gedekt, eten op enz.). Bij navraag werd over het algemeen geïrriteerd gereageerd in plaats van service-gericht en lerend voor de toekomst. Ik vind het niet gepast dat gemorste koffie over de rand van een kopje met een schuurspons uit de wasbak wordt afgeveegd en aan je wordt geserveerd. Best mogelijk dat het servicepeil in Kaapverdië niet mag worden gemeten aan de Europese norm maar ik kon geen enkel leerproces ontdekken. Onze airco was stuk, het duurde 5 dagen voordat deze was gerepareerd. Ook zaten we in eerste instantie in een appartement zonder warm water, zonder stoelen set op het balkon enz. Nee, ik zou dit complex niet aanbevelen.

Es war alles super.Sehr sauber.Das Personal freunxli h ,hilfsbereit .Das Frühstückt war auch Okay. Geklappt hat auch xie Abholung vom Airport ,aber mit einem normalen Taxi .6 Personen einschließlich Fahrer fünf grossen Koffer und Handgepäck zuzügli h Rucksäcke und Taschen das geht garnicht ,und es war unmöglich.Das gleiche gilt auch für den Rücktransport zum Airport.

Hotel agréable et service toujours impeccable. Un bémol sur le petit-déjeuner, comme son nom l'indique c'est vraiment un petit déjeuner. Attention à l'entretien de cet hôtel qui pourrait vite se dégrader.

Das Gebäude und die Infrastruktur ist nicht für Touristen sondern Seminar/Kongress Teilnehmenr ausgelegt. Das Personal ist bemüht und freundlich aber wenig profesionell und geschult. Es kam mehrfach vor das die Türen zum Restaurant/Frühstücksraum verschlossen waren oder man nichts essen konnte. Einzig die Angestellten der Reception arbeiteten gut und speditiv. Durch die geringe Belegung kam man sich oft ganz alleine vor und da es keinerlei Animation oder Veranstaltungen gab wurde das Hotel zum reinen Schlafplatz. Eigentlich schade den die Lage war gut auch ohne Sandstrand in der Nähe.

Groot hotel, (te) rustig, zwembad vrij klein en koud, natuurzwembad (afgezette inham van oceaan) prima! Personeel spreekt nauwelijks Engels, hetgeen soms tot lastige situaties kan leiden. Ontbijt eenvoudig maar ok. Directe omgeving van hotel niet echt de moeite waard.

Great stay
Although it was very quite, we loved our stay! Stay was friendly and the food (especially breakfast) exceptionally good. We enjoyed especially the local dishes. Also, bring your snorkling gear as there are many beautiful fish to see!

Bekväm men isolerad semesteranläggning
Vi var nästa enda gästerna på en 58 rums anläggning med 1,6 km till närmaste by. Fina saltvattenpooler och bad i havet från brygga. Den utlovade stranden var dock ett skämt, liten och svart i byn.

confortable et pratique pour visiter Cidade Velha
4 nuits dans cet hôtel nous ont permis de visiter la Forteresse et de nous promener dans les environs, cependant il est plus pratique d'avoir une voiture car l'hôtel est excentré. La piscine était fermée le premier après-midi de notre arrivée et elle n'est pas très agréable car entourée de murs, pas très ensoleillée non plus.

Excelente hotel, cerca de ruinas históricas.
Excelente atención. Hotel muy cómodo y con excelentes servicios. Excelente vista al mar panorámica. Sin elevador. Muy buen restaurant y desayuno variado. Pensado para dar placer al viajero. Apartado del centro pero con muy buen estacionamiento y seguridad.

Wir haben uns gefreut auf schönes Wetter, Pool, ein bequemes Bett für einige Stunden Schlaf & feines Essen. Das Wetter war schlecht, es hatte kein Wasser im Pool, zum Abendessen erhielten wir nochmals das aufgewärmte Mittagessen und die Matratzen waren hart. Wir haben auf Kapverde nie so schlecht geschlafen wie in dem Hotel. Die Organisation des Taxis hat sehr gut geklappt.
