The negatives are people smoking weed at balcony, next door neighbor playing loud music (the noise reduction is weak), and I was itchy from the sheet. Majority are uncontrollable due to other customers who don’t know how to behave or act in public"

"I had two rooms booked and one of the rooms were nice and no issues. The room I stayed in had issues with the sink not draining and the door sticking and no closing until you push/pull it closed. Voiced the issues to the staff and they sent maintenance to fix the sink but that was about it. Staff was great and the credit per day was a nice bonus!"

"This was one of the best hotels I have ever stayed at. We were blessed to receive a room upgrade and our rooms were oceanfront. The rooms themselves were very well appointed and the resort itself BREATHTAKING. The hotel staff were extremely friendly and everything was just wonderful. I will definitely be visiting again. It was just what we needed for a relaxing time away from the hustle and bustle - admittedly our trip was in October which is also a slower season for the resort and the location of the resort is tucked away from the city. I will say that a car is necessary unless you plan to eat all meals on the resort, however the restaurants are a bit on the pricier side."
