"Not very impressed, the reason for booking was so we could relax and and have spa and massage treatments. And they said that the person doesn't work the month of August, isn't that busy season.why would I go halfway up a mountain to stay with nothing to do and don't help you with anything.very disappointed."

"The staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was amazing and the building (from the 17th century) was one of the most beautiful and interesting places I have ever stayed! I would recommend it to friends for a very memorable experience!"
