"We stayed one night before flying out of Marco Polo Airport. The hotel was perfect for our needs. Our cabins were new and clean, had great AC and heat, and the property is beautiful. Staff were extremely helpful and friendly. We unfortunately didn’t have time to see the animals or try breakfast. I would definitely recommend and would stay here again."

"Amazing stay in Venice! The hotel felt very modern, new, and exceptionally clean. The rooms were comfortable, well maintained, and everything looked fresh and updated. The staff was kind and welcoming, and the overall atmosphere made our stay very enjoyable and relaxing. It was also very easy to find transportation from the hotel, which made getting around the city and traveling with luggage much easier for us. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Venice."

"Dirty room, bugs everywhere, hair in towels, looks *nothing* like the pictures. Total scam. Lucky we only booked one night because we wouldn't have stayed a second. Lobby is SUPER misleading and is the only nice part of the hotel. Staff was kind, but you'll often see them spraying lysol up and down the dingy, 40yr old carpets. Literally don't think a single picture posted on google by them is from this building."
