Staff is wonderful which compensates for the lack of amenities! You have to park in a garage and haul your luggage to your room, down ramps and stairs! There was no hot water for showers, luke warm water only. The air conditioner did not go below 70 in the room.

Older hotels and a little noisy right by a very high traffic area but was fine for one night staff were very nice

Room was clean, staff was nice, heating/cooling worked well. Staff was less knowledgable about local restaurants the. I would have liked.

Great Wolf Lodge Cincinnati/Mason
We had such a great time at GWL! The staff was incredibly friendly, enthusiastic and helpful. The room was spacious and so fun for the kids in their kid camp bunk beds. There was no shortage of activities to partake in. We had such a blast!
