"Upon check in our room was not ready as was the case wth several other guests, we ended up waiting around 40 minutes, the employees at the front desks were very friendly but seemed overwhelmed & confused by what was going on with the rooms & the software on the computer. Breakfast was good, what you sorta expect at a hotel. Room was very clean, the price & proximity to Great American Ball Park made it worth the stay."

"I drove to the property and had a difficult time finding where to park. There was no signage indicating where the parking was. The room itself was sufficiently large; however, my “city view” room was directly across the street from a very active construction site which completed blocked my view. The sofa in my room had some odd stains and the kitchen sink drain had an awful (fishy) smell coming from it. "

"Anytime I’m in Cincinnati visiting my son at college I stay here. The staff is so accommodating like the best I’ve ever seen. They have secure parking in a garage that you can park your car even before your room is ready and if they have availability, late checkout of noon. which is really nice."
