Everything was great. The room, grounds, staff, and breakfast were all excellent. My only disappointment was the hot tub was not working. The main reason I booked here was for the hot tub. Outside of that, Everything was great and we will be back.

The only negative was the breakfast. It was open an hour and everything warm was empty. The only employee never filled anything while we were down there

Issue eventually resolved, but it took a while

We had a 3 night stay at this hotel. I am receiving treatment for a medical condition which requires me to sleep in a cool room in order to be comfortable. During the first night, we realized the AC did not work properly, so I went down to the front desk to report the issue the next morning. We had the same issue the second night, so I had to go back to the front desk again the following morning. That day I got a call from the Regional Manager (?) asking for clarification about the problem. The problem was resolved that day so we could sleep comfortably the third night. The fact that we couldn't sleep due to the uncomfortable room temp 2 of the 3 nights we were there is the reason for my ratings on room comfort/condition/service/etc.

Nice Hotel could use some better staff

The stay was good until the last night. We walked down to sit in the hot tub late in the evening around 10pm and it would not turn on. We noticed the fire pit was turned on so we went back to our room to change and came back down to sit around the fire pit and the staff had turned it off already. I asked if it could be turned back on and was told that she turned it off already because nobody was out there and she was getting ready to go home soon so she was not going to turn it back on.
