"Wonderful place to stay! I spent a full week there as a solo traveler and truly enjoyed everything. The front desk staff was very helpful with anything I needed, which made the stay even more comfortable. The rooms were very clean, and the view is absolutely gorgeous. You should definitely try it—especially the higher floors!"

"Every staff we encountered was so polite and friendly, the hotel was stunning, clean, and smelled absolutely amazing. If you’re asthmatic please note that they do heavily perfume the first floor but it smells as good as Rihanna. Having a key to enter the building provided an extra sense of security, and being able to walk out and around the town was convenient. A lovely 10 minute walk from THE bridge to get to Swale Park. Highly recommend."

"We had sewage grow into our bathroom from the upstairs room. Our toothbrushes and bathroom toiletries were splattered with literal poop. The bathroom smelled like sewage. When the maintenance came she advised us work was being performed in the room above us and she would wait u til we leave to continue. She used a towel to”dry” the wall but didn’t have anyone come clean the splatter in the counter. The sink was rinsed out but the bathroom still smelled like dirty sewer water. We had to brush our teeth and get ready elsewhere. Stay away if possible not worth the money. "

"One year operated hotels. Clean, easy to access to Cincinnati downtown and surrounding areas. Will be the prime location when Ovation projects complete. Staff was nice and helpful, specifically Megan.. she is kind and helpful "

"We just wanted a weeknight date night. This room was really nice. Though rain spoiled our plans to walk around downtown. We were able to enjoy the view of the rain. Will book again."
