"Poor costumer service, careless building, uncomfotable bed, extremely reduce bathroom."

"Room clean, bed comfortable (though oddly squeaky), hot water, decent TV. The only thing was the stair door banging into the night because the elevator was broken. It startled us awake."

Once I was ready to go to sleep I discovered that the AC was not working at all. I didn’t bother calling down because it was late and I didn’t want to be moved to another room. Staff was friendly but those 2 issues made the stay awful. "
