"The room was clean and enough space for 5 people ( got the 2 bedroom suite) we were in the last room in the hall so maybe that's why we didn't notice the noise as notes in prior reviews but the shuttle was great staff was great. Walking distance of some restaurants and walgreens/7-11 "

"The pictures are an accurate description of the hotel. Staff was okay not on the cheerful side but okay . Only major complaint I have is room service we stayed for 5 days and our room was never cleaned. I requested for our room to be cleaned and when we came back only thing housekeeping did was make the bed and gave new towels. But the trash wasn’t taken nor was the carpet vacuumed . Our tv couldn’t access Amazon prime because of an internet issue . But besides that it’s was a good stay the bed was comfortable and it was close to the parks. Just if u want ur room cleaned I suggest each day making a request . "

"Initial feeling of disappointment as we entered the hotel. Fountain under construction and no sign of being worked on while we were there. The one day we were able to sit by the pool, all eateries were closed and didn’t open til 2pm. It was very disappointing. The elevator also wasn’t working well. After 5 yrs of staying there, we decided this would be our last. Overall the property is starting to look shabby"
