"Yes rooms were clean, parking was ok, staff at front desk were nice, air conditioning and heat worked great, as advertised on expedia they provide 2 bottles of water in the room, however they didnt, when asked they said it is only provided in Summer, that makes no sense to me, why only summer? I had to pay $4.00 for 2 bottles of water 500ml each bottle, more expensive than regular gasoline..ha..! "

"Hotel is pretty loud when in your room. It was pretty dated - older carpets, furniture etc staff and shuttle driver were friendly."

"Room was clean but extremely overheated. Was a lot further away from the airport than I anticipated. Had to call the shuttle line thrwe times before i finally got through and after.a delayed flight was nor too pleased."

"I spent one night with my severely handicapped mother at this location for our first time ever. The hotel is beautiful. The staff is professional and friendly. They always asked if Mom needed help. We had an early morning appointment and we're not able to check out the breakfast, but it looked popular and plentiful. The accessible room is excellent, with clear paths, and a great bathroom. This was our first day but we will be returning."

"Nice hotel close to the airport and shops. Bed was very comfortable and room was clean. Staff were lovely. Easy to uber downtown and surrounds. Would definitely recommend this hotel"
