"The floors were not vacuumed in the room . There was a chop stick, a hair pin and a mint left on the floors in the two rooms. I did notify the head desk., and they did say they would notify the head of cleaning and apologized asking if they could come down to rectify it. "

"Area is not the greatest, it’s very loud outside the room from the traffic on the road. The staff at check in was rude and abrupt. The room was unsafe because the dead bolt was bent and falling out of the wall. The door to the hotel room was uneven at the top allowing for the hallway light to shine into the room and noise from other people going in and out of their rooms to be heard loudly from inside my room.
