"Pretty sure I received email after the cancellation window ended to say that if we wanted to swim in the pool it would cost 10 pounds per person for an hour and needed to be prebooked. This is appalling!! Nothing about this was mentioned when I booked. Gym was included! The upside was that we paid Au$380 for Friday and Saturday night. Upon arrival we were told breakfast was included... Breakfast was fab.. large range of juices, good hot food, fresh fruit salad..."

"Really lovely room, spacious and a nice bath. The pantry next to the room was excellent. You could help yourself to fresh milk, teabags, water etc - great idea! The fires made the experience even better in the cold- really cosy and relaxing!"

"I had a good but short stay here. Arriving was a bit confusing as I had missed the email with the arrival details. There was no one on site to let me into the property, give instructions on parking, and other details, even though I arrived within the check-in window. I was able to call and talk with someone who gave me instructions over the phone, but after a long travel day, I would have preferred someone on site. Breakfast was nice and the location is convenient for walking into town and exploring the many shops in Cirencester."

"We loved our stay at this hotel! The rooms were quaint and well made up. There was even a bathtub in our room, which was a game changer! We also really enjoyed dining at the property's pub, and the food was amazing! Very much enjoyed the fish and chips and the lamb special they were serving. The location is perfect if you're exploring the surrounding Cotswolds towns and don't want to stay in the center of the action. We would definitely return to this hotel when we come back to the Cotswolds in the future. Thanks for such a lovely stay!"

"The Fleece staff were so warm and friendly ! From check in with George to having drinks at the bar with Ellie we had a wonderful one night stay and would definitely return . It was spotless , the food in the restaurant was amazing we had the burgers and they were so delicious:) The whole atmosphere was friendly wand welcoming. The breakfast was too notch and again the staff couldn’t do enough for us . What a lovely place we would highly recommend"
