"I was excited to stay here . As I checked in it had the Moab type of vipe. We were disappointed that the TV didn’t work at all. We asked the staff about it only to be told that the maintenance guy had gone home for the night. We booked a room with a Jetta tub that just didn’t work at all that disappointed us again. We went to their bar/ restaurant only to find out some of the items on the menu weren’t actually offered, but they were on the menu which was kind of weird. I would recommend staying somewhere else until this place gets this act together."

"The hotel was so beautiful and sparkling clean. The staff was very friendly and welcoming, the rooms were so large and the beds were comfortable. We had delicious cookies in the evening. Such a great value as well. We hope to come back sometime while traveling."

"The staff was over the top friendly. The best staff we have encountered in a very long time. From the minute we walked in the door we felt like VIPs! We were greeted with enthusiasm and we were welcomed back every time we reentered the hotel. The housekeeping staff was friendly and cleaned our room every day, which was very refreshing. The breakfast staff went out of their way to be friendly and take our dishes and make sure we had everything we needed. They were so friendly and accommodating. Seriously the nicest breakfast staff we have ever had. Other pluses: location in the heart of town, pool was heated and extra large hot tub, clean spacious rooms, comfortable bed, great breakfast selection. We highly recommend this hotel. "

"Air conditioning great. Hot tub wonderful. However, the room has zero sound proofing so I was woken up early by people leaving their rooms and using the metal stairs outside our door. "
