"Excellent property and modern considering the typical type of apartments Europeans have. We had a small issue that was resolved well by front desk staff. Our toilet was backed up and due to the holiday nobody was available for a repair. The front desk assessed the situation and allowed us to switch to a new room to correct the problem. This was great service and very professional. This property has great restaurants and cafes near by and a great spa and wellness centre with a pool. Very relaxing and fun. Great location with easy route to Medugorje within 7mins. Thank you for being a great hotel property."
