And of course, the service was outstanding. A big thank you to Iqbal, who welcomed us each time with warmth and a smile, and made every visit feel special with his impeccable hospitality. Also, a big shout-out to Martha, our lovely Customer Experience Host at reception. Her beautiful smile and kind, welcoming nature made us feel instantly at home.
