The breakfast buffet is a highlight, with a wide variety of options and very good taste. The staff are friendly, courteous, and always willing to help, which adds a warm and welcoming touch to the stay. The bedding is comfortable, and the room is clean by Myanmar standards. There is some room for improvement if compared to international standards, but overall the experience is very positive when considering the price point. Overall, for the location, service, and value offered, this hotel deserves a full 5-star rating."

"We loved this hotel, spotless, comfortable bed, long desk, a spacious de luxe room with sofa. It has a separate shower room and bath tub with motorized curtain, and a day and night motorized window curtain. All staffs are welcoming in the lobby and reception especially Izu who patiently answered all our inquiries and recommended places to go. The coffee shop at the Ground floor serves delicious and affordable foods. The hotel is connected to a mall and has access in the GF. Accessible by taxi or Grab to tourist spots. Transportation is inexpensive. Highly recommended and will use other Pan Pacific hotels when we book in other countries. "

"This charming hotel is set in extensive private grounds in a quiet district of Yangon. It provided us with just the calm retreat from the busy city. Lovely pool, comfortable room, excellent food and helpful staff. I cannot find any fault."

"Two words . BLACK MOLD. After my first night my chest was hurting and i couldn't understand why. The second night it felt like i was coming down with something and i started coughing up green phlegm. I was out all day and wheni came back to the room i was in pain again. I looked all over and then shine my flashlight into the Air Conditioner duct. It was COMPLETELY COVERED IN BLACK MOLD. i took a video and went down to show them. They Started looking for other rooms to put me in. After seeing it in the 3rd room as well i said no way and checked out of the hotel. I now have a lung infectioni am fighting because of this place. STAY AWAY FROM HERE."
