"The service was amazing.. I was sitting in the lobby and a worker walked by and asked if I wanted coffee or tea. We were there for a wedding and everything was wonderful. The only negative comment would be some rooms could use an upgrade. "

"It was ok; our daughter found hairs on her blanket that were not hers. We had a stink bug under ours. Sheets didn’t look clean but smelled like bleach so that was ok. Great for an emergency stay but not a relaxing one. The clerks/ managers were fantastic! "

"Basic motel totally renovated with simple but stylish furnishings. No one on premises but instant reply via text when we had trouble opening the keypad upon a return to the room. Nice location. Noise (from maybe kitchen fans at night from nearby restaurant ) took away from the quiet lawn setting with lots of Adirondack chairs. Trees for shade planted and in a few years will be great in the summer. Great location. Close to downtown Great Barrington. Across the street from a nice park with short trails. "

"This is a beautiful and unique hotel which has been built into an old courthouse in Litchfield. Rooms have great use of space and decor. Staff went out of their way both at the front desk, restaurant, and bar. Would definitely stay here again. "
