"This was the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. It was hot ac off then not even in the other room. They gave us a switch room option with a broken main ac and a cheap window unit that made it impossible to close the curtains. The staff was so rude and the photos were not even close to what the place looked like. I was shocked that even the pillows were half or toddler pillows on all the beds. This experience has solidified that I will never stay in a Days inn EVER again. Thankfully hotels.com did care and gave me a small credit. The hotel showed no care or concern. They just gave attitude and stopped talking to me after I said I would need them to come get the card because I had my children were with me. The “breakfast” was a joke and disgusting too. I was disappointed and disgusted."
