We went to the breakfast area before 8 am and the dining area was a mess. I picked up a cup to dispense coffee, the cup was dirty with stains. There were a lot of dirty dishes on the counter from previous guests that the hotel staff had not picked up since who knows when and there were not enough choices of food, pretty much run out of eggs and pastries. I requested the receptionist to talk to the general manager to complain about the situation, she said that the managers was going to come over to my table or call my room, none of those happened, manager was not brave to face the situation. At check out the receptionist apologised for the situation but no word from management.

Las habitaciones son amplias, cómodas y limpias. El hotel está alejado de casi todo, no hay nada a lo que puedas acceder caminando, pero es conveniente si vas de paso y solo necesitas descansar. Había poca ocupación por que se veía algo solitario, y se veía poco personal, pero nada que haya afectado mi estancia.

Excelente hotel, sus instalaciones muy nuevas, todo super limpio, variedad en el desayuno y sus empleados muy amables y atentos, siempre me atendieron c una sonrisa, la cual te contagia de buena vibra. Regresaria otra vez en el futuro y lo super recomiendo.

pesimo hotel... elevadores sin funcionar.. nos dejaban atorados EN LOS PISOS, NOS KUEDAMOS SIN AGUA .. osea se fue el AGUA en todo el hotel casi 20 hrs... eso se volvio un caos.GENTE GRITANDO DESESPERADA, FAMILIAS ENTERAS.. EN LA RECEPCION LLEGANDO DEL MAR TODOS. los baños desbordados de insalubridad.. los desayunos no se daban abasto era un rebatinga nefasta.los refrigeradores del barcito no enfrian,, bebidas calientes. en general pesima experiencia.. nunca mas regresare
