La atención en el hotel es buena, la vista desde el área de bar lounge y alberca (en el último piso) es espectacular, dado que puede puede apreciarse el mar con una vista magnífica y buena parte de la ciudad. El único inconveniente que tuvimos es que en la única noche que pasamos en el hotel había un fallo con el servicio de televisión y telefonía que, según nos informaron, se debió a un problema del proveedor del servicio. La ubicación del hotel es adecuada, pues se encuentra a la entrada (o salida) de la ciudad, muy cerca del Puente Zacatal.
