Restaurant staff was very nice and attentive so were to cleaning ladies. Front desk could use a little cutomer service training. Theyre not very friendly. No washer and dryer.no microwave or fridge. Rooms were nice and clean. Mind you i was there for 10days. Was in a convenient location for having to do business at the us embassy. Which is why most people are in the area.

Really good place to stay not far from consulate rooms are clean food is probably the best part breakfast everyday chilaquiles Eduardo when above and beyond in service

Stayed here for 5 days for our consulates appointment. Check in was easy personnel was friendly. Consulate is at walking distance. Hotel is fairly new very clean, they have a nice dining area with good food, and complimentary breakfast, also very delicious. Exceptional customer service from the security officer in the front to all personnel.

The rooms were excellent. Bed was comfortable. Only thing I didn’t like was the restaurant downstairs isn’t connected to the hotel. You have to go downstairs to restaurant & directly ask what was on the menu. It was a hassle. They have no room service.

Traveled with husband We arrived early and they allowed us to check in early at around 12:00 pm. It was great ! The hotel is new so everything is in great shape. Walkable to the American consulate - 7 mins aprox Walkable to a shopping center 7 mins aprox A lot of food options near by Staff was always friendly and allowed us to leave our luggage after checking out since our flight was departing at 7:00 pm . Breakfast was great! Traditional chilaquiles , egg, sweet bread , milk , juice and coffee. “No pancakes and no waffles” Room is exactly as pictures , no fridge , no safe box , no microwave. They do however give you water bottles everyday and stop by to give you new towels and clean your room. It was was a very pleasant stay ! Thank you

10/10 would recommend and would stay there again. The hotel is brand new and clean, the staff is very friendly, the complementary breakfast was good and varied, and the location is perfect, right across the street from the consulate and a very short walk to a shopping mall - Las Misiones- with everything you could possibly imagine needing for an extended stay. Pro tip: they have a room with printing and other consular related services by the lobby if you forget to bring something, you don’t need to leave the hotel!

The free breakfast is a plus. Variety of foods and the waffles are delicious. All around clean rooms and the staff was helpfull. Easy check in and out. I really enjoyed my stay.

The walls are paper thin, but it is a really nice facility unless you have loud neighbors next door. Can hear regular conversations between rooms.
