I was asked to leave my ID for a lent umbrella, leaving me with no ID in case police stops me, I’m paying well over two hundred per night and they don’t trust me with my umbrella? Could ask me to leave my room key so I don’t forget the umbrella or even make me sign a “loose it and pay for it ticket” ; but requiring me leave my ID was a discomfort. I think the staff is polite, but need some service training, I asked for tips on restaurants, favorite ruins within the city to visit, areas to walk to; all with multiple staff members and answers were always lukewarm “it’s all good” “anywhere is fine. "
