"The room was not like the images advertised. I was told by my Spanish friend I should of received a code to get in from the company but all I had was the confirmation email. Arriving i then had to call and whatsap to gain access to the place which was added stress. Whilst I got a response straight away this could of been avoided. "A great 4 days for a family with children aged 4, 7, 9. We loved the food (great range) activities (tennis, bicycling, pool, beach, kids clubs etc…) and will be back. Thank you to the young woman who lead the kids clubs and kids disco as well as Amor on the reception desk; she was a great help. "

"This is a true oasis. Beautifully renovated and decorated throughout, in the midst of the city, yet tucked in old city villas. The pool area is gorgeous, especially in the second palazzo - with the cathedral towering above you. Breakfast is generous and fresh, making for a perfect start to the day. If you need a place to find peace and quiet, you can’t ask for more."
