"The room was not like the images advertised. I was told by my Spanish friend I should of received a code to get in from the company but all I had was the confirmation email. Arriving i then had to call and whatsap to gain access to the place which was added stress. Whilst I got a response straight away this could of been avoided. "Beautiful hotel made even better because of the staff. Sarah was just so lovely and Fani's homemade baking items at breakfast were totally outstanding. Lovely room, great plunge pool on the top floor and great amenities to go with that. The air conditioning was also great - thank goodness. Sometimes you have such a good experience with people that it makes your holiday. The staff did that for us. We will be back."
