"They should mention that there is no parking possibiliy at the Hotel, at least 5 to 10min by foot and it‘s not even allowed to unload in front of the Hotel. "

Contrary to what we expected and what was mentioned, there was no free wifi (there was no wifi at all!), the parking was 1.3 km away and this was not a hotel but a series of appartements. The one we got was not the one we rented!
And at the end, it was extremely overpriced for what we got. To be avoided!"

"The location was perfect, easy to walk in to Orta San Giulio. Had a meal at the Hotel and the restaurant across the road, both meals were exceptional. Breakfast was great, we would definitely stay again if in the area again "

The breakfast in the morning needs a little more variety and the same with the waitress head that needs a little bit more kindness. "Fantastic location - great room overlooking lake and swimming pool. Staff very attentive . Only downside very noisy one evening with a group of people using the pool in the early hours they finally finished at 03.00am not what I expected of such an up market hotel "
