"There’s probably not a bad location in Montepulciano, but this place is pretty much ideal, just minutes from both the main square and the Main Street. Everything was clean and well maintained, and it has a nice rustic feel. The breakfast was great, with many sweet and savory choices in a buffet setting. The hosts are both friendly and helpful. "The property is extremely well located near the start of the old town and was walkable to everywhere. Our room was small but very lovely and when we stuck our heads out of the window, we had an amazing view of the old town! The only problem was parking - we couldnt find any bc of a festival - but thats not the hotels fauot! Just be a bit organsjed - and i recommend parking behind the bus terminal (Eu10 per day)."
