"La piscina è ben tenuta anche se un po distante a piedi..Tanta bella gioventu ,volenterosa, però poca organzzazione..sopratutto all accoglienza, trovo che nn sapere le offerte che vengono fatte sia di x se poco professionale e mettere quasi in dubbio che il cliente abbia pagato anche peggio, tanto più che ha pagato anche piu del prezzo x una promozione... e in aggiunta la camera che doveva avere letto matrimoniale King..era una doppia con letti singoli...si salva uno dei proprietari x...
"What an amazing place I hope to get back here next year again everybody was super nice. Property was super nice. It is quite relaxing. Great food apparently a great wine as well but I don’t drink. I highly recommend anybody to go."
"Loved this hotel - great location. Really quiet despite such a central location. Yes rooms are not super modern but they reflect the history of the building. Great pool and breakfast on the terrace."
"Terribile! Non un 4 stelle. Ci hanno informato solamente dopo il check-in di avere dei “problemi” con l’A/C che in realtà è inesistente! Colazione al di sotto di ogni aspettativa. Il personale si mette a disposizione ma ben poco riescono contro le condizioni generali di un hotel che avrebbe bisogno di una ristrutturazione completa. Unica nota positiva il rumore inesistente e la posizione, ma farebbero meglio a catalogarsi come un 3 stelle con SPA e piscina."
"We had three wonderful days at Franci. Friendly staff, great breakfast and very nice rooms. Try the restaurant for excellent food and a fantastic wine list"
"Peaceful location with stunning view and well trained staff
It was a perfect family vacation
My only mistake is not having the time to stay a full week
Would come back with our child when they are older "
"I LOVE this resort. I’ve stayed all three times I’ve visited Italy. The room was beautiful and had a view of the Tuscan hills, the village and the golf course. The hotel staff was fabulous, the breakfast is wonderful. The restaurant menu is limited, but the food has always been wonderful. I’ve never seen any US tourists, but lots of Italians. "

Medieval stone buildings and cypress-lined roads define this charming Tuscan village where thermal baths await at nearby Petriolo. Savour local truffles and olive oil at family-run restaurants, then explore the 13th-century castle ruins overlooking the Ombrone valley.
"Good location, close to the town and beaches. Cleaning wise was good but lacking customer service. If you are not italian they won’t even try to welcome you or offer information if you need it. Breakfast is very limited and repetitive , not much choice. Same pastries, cakes, fruits every day. I would stay maximum 2 days to enjoy the swimming pool but 1 week was way too long at this hotel."
"Older, more traditional style but excellent hotel. The staff are amazing, super kind and helpful. We were really impressed, and would definately stay here again."
Grand Hotel Continental Siena – Starhotels Collezione
10/10 Excellent
"My wife and I had a wonderful time. The hotel is spacious, nice and clean, as you would expect at a 5 star hotel. The location couldn’t be better. Hotel personnel is highly professional. You won’t find a better place to have breakfast than at the hotel. "
"The building, the views, the staff, the food, everything was just incredible. It was so quiet we felt like we were the only people there until we went for breakfast and realised there were others in the hotel. The view from the our room at the back of the hotel over the Tuscan hills will live with me for a very long time. "
"Beautiful property and great service. Was a little disappointed they charge double the price for wine they make in their back yard then I pay here in Montreal."
